Like all of our charcuterie jams the vegetables are slow roasted for a rich flavour. Roasted garlic is milder, with an almost nutty flavour. Just enough heat to be interesting, but not too tough for those with a delicate palate. Serve with a variety of cheeses or use as a cooking glaze. Great on Easter ham.
Ingredients: Sugar; Garlic; Pectin; Balsamic Vinegar; Canola; White Wine; Chilies and Salt.
